  • hey hey! Have you ever tried intellectus 424 diet (do a search on google)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my work buddy lost a ton of weight with it.

  • I thought the only meat that was allowed was chicken breast, shrimp, crab, beef (which I don't have that often some reason it makes me stall) I lost 29lbs following this. Not judging just trying to find out is there something else that I am missing.

  • What are the measurements in your taco seasoning?

  • I sometimes use a large leaf of lettuce as a taco shell. with WALDEN FARMS (calorie and carbohydrate free) on top.

  • I add a little crack to my meat while it's cooking, turn the heat to low though and remove almost immediately after adding, wait until the meat is cooked almost completely first and then I add about 1 Tbsp. of crushed rock, it's been helping me lose a lot more weight, lost about 20 more lbs in the last month or so, never looked or felt better, only downside is now I'm not sure if it's the HCG or crack that's helping me lose the lbs, maybe it's because I'm only eating 500 calories per day?

  • @str8upyoass She probably cooked the steak with water, which wouldn't be against the HCG protocol. Just watch out for any added sugars (such as HFCS, honey, fructose etc)

  • is that all you ate.. or is this just fo rthe video.. I try to add lots of lettuce and tomato so that i can get full.

  • Bigfatbully151-She didn't say he doesn't recommend "eating" vegetables- she said he doesn't recommend "mixing" vegetables, which is true.

  • @50 second mark you say that Dr. Simeonsdoes not reccomend eating any vegetables? perhaps you should actually read "pounds and Inches" before giving out information on it. All Kevin Trudeau did was take the diet and try and convince people to add some of the products that he is no longer allowed to pitch on the TV due to his many many many lawsuits filed against him for false advertising. But aside from the misinformation the meal actually looks very good.

  • @Estilista401 I've noticed that sometimes I don't lose weight on the days that I mix veggies. Yet some days it doesn't seem to matter. So, I quit doing it because I don't like the odds. Lol

  • Sorry - the 500 calories refers to the phase (the very low calorie/500 calorie per day phase)...although this recipe was doubled for me and hubby, so for just you I would half the recipe

  • It's okay. I am clueless, just trying to learn more so i was just hoping that's not all I get to eat for the whole day cause I know I'll go off it, lol. I'm already uping my water intake to prep my brain for this diet and I eat less. Sounds like a no brainer I know but I was raised on soda and water isn't my fav. drink.   • @sgarakaki I FINALLY started the diet...lost 5 pounds today! Woohooo!!! I feel a little tired all the time but the gal who sold me the hhcg said that's normal for the first week. How are things going for you?
