@SetAbominaesPower My guesses with Dirty Joe/Black Jack (the first is his name in Japanese) would be Rica Matsumoto (best known for voicing Satoshi/Ash in Pokemon) or Sayaka Aoki (who also voiced Wang-Tang in Capcom's "Power Stone" games and Byakko no Kogenta in "Onmyou Taisenki").
