Most people that ive seen go rigid with there bike's. Just replace the shocks with with some fabbed struts.

I gotta say, I have the 2008 Vulcan 900 and much prefer the mods he did to the stock bike. Though the stock bike ain't to bad as it is anyway.

Looks like something from the toolshed? Sounds like craftsmanship to me. Old school all the way. Much better than opening up a catalog and bolting on every chrome doo-dad that will fit.
