Thanks a lot for the great video. I used the system today for the first time and all went well. However, when I applied powder, the brush left marks in the temptu makeup and even took parts of it off my skin. Also, if I touch my face with my fingers it leaves a mark. I allowed it to dry for 15 min before applying the powder. Do you have any idea what I could do? Am I supposed to use any kind of primer befor airbrushing? Thanks so much

airbrushes are putting quality make-up products, artists out of business. like what kind of weirdo carries one of those around in her purse for a quick touch up during the day. coz once u airbrush, u can't go over it with regular make-up. i didn't even see any difference in her face after using it. except 4 an unattractive oily shine. a bride is NOT going to use that instead of an artist coz it looks shit. whats the point in years of training if ur skills get replaced by a bad DIY job.

Does it cover spots and acne well? Or would you still have to use a lot of concealer? Also if you have flakey dry skin will it just sit there and look weird? But if you have greacy skin will it just slide of or look weird? lol, question over-load but just wondering. :)

@TheEasternshore yeah you should put powder over it and retouch as well. Temptu has a product called "retouch", it's a brush that has powder inside it. Use it after and retouch as well.

I have enjoyed a lot this tutorial. I love airbrushes, I was an airbrush illustrator in the 80s and they were very hard to take care of. This one looks fantastic if you don't have to wash the needle.

I have the same problem with concealer under the eyes. They make me look wrinkled even when I'm only 28!!!! My skin is flawless but if i dare to put on concealer i look 50 in an instant. hahaha

Really nice gizmo, but so pricey... $225 for the machine, $55 for the foundation cartridges, $30 for the blush and $35 for the highliter and Sephora claims each pod lasts 2 months... but they don't mention if it's 2 months of DAILY use!

The tutorial is EXCELENT as usual, Elessa V's videos are always great, easy and useful, so I'm rating this review 5 stars :)

yes there is a DVD.. Also you can watch it on yt before you buy it :) it is super easy once you watch the DVD. But it does take practice to perfect it :)

@BoppersJoy Hi Bop! I just bought a Temptu and so far I love it. It lasts longer than other foundations and it's much faster to apply.

My only complaint is that the product WILL stick hopelessly to contact lenses and it does not come off easily. I left mine in thinking I'd blink it out over time, but nope! I had to rush home with red, teary eyes to take them out mid-shift. So be very careful around the eye area!

ya if you could use it for nails or other art work that really would be worth it but its nice maybe for makeup artist work just on faces but in my opinion for the average woman doing daily makeup it is pricey but maybe depends on your budget too? It seems very easy and nice lookin but the only thing they get ya on you have to use their brand makeup and cant do anything but facial things.
