@royalt227 I have been on Dr Youngs diet yes, and no.. I'm not a parrot I have studied this quite well. Our conditioning is to eat little and in moderation. This is what the world claim to be "Temperance". I do find it interesting in just a few comments, you have labeled me as being a parrot. I have studied this fairly well, true I have still much to learn, but from experience, when I ate little, I had no energy. Now I have that in abundance. :)

Fruits are the best source, all fruit are Alkaline, even lemon. If you are to be on a high fat diet, then you reduce the amount of oxygen to the brain, and may cause clogging of the arteries, regardless of source of fat. Dr John McDougall, Dr Neil Bernard, Dr Walter J. Veith, Dr Fhurman, and many many others all support this.

It is good to preserve the alkalinity of the body, but you do that by reducing and or removing sources of acid, and eat more of alkalizing foods, such as greens and sweet ripe fruit. Drink plenty of water, and if you really want to go all there, drink silver water and or alkaline water. Anyway, what do you recommend I should eat? And did you find out about this diet yourself, or are you also being a parrot? ;)

@Ezekielkok Start by looking for healthy diets and planning your day with exercises you can do routinely, not only will you improve your physical looks and capabilities, but you will have more energy towards mental use and focus. It all takes will and drive, then the rest will come on its own ;)

@ImaRiseToThaTop There's good chances your B12 levels will stay stable for a while even if you don't get any B12 in your diet. But you should make sure you get enought from fortified food or a supplement (sublingual methycobalamine is best).

@ImaRiseToThaTop Hey bro what's up. Well i do not count my calories that's for sure. I eat when I'm hungry and that's different for everybody. But I can tell you the foods I eat mostly an a lot of. I eat wild yams, sweet potatoes, quinoa, brown rice, all types of beans, lentils, nuts seeds, avocado, spinach, many fruits and veggies, peanut and almond butter, whole grain breads, Almond milk. And I supplement with spirulina and hemp protein post workout. Hope that helps.

The kinds of food u described helps me to eat some other things besides potatoes and I really have to thank you for this! @Mekelsior ...u have been TOLD/CONDITIONED to believe we need this number of calories.. if u eat alkaline, u only need 2 meals a day.. starch eats away at ur joints over time.. starch comes from the word sterchen which means to stiffen.. starch is a binder, it is created when u cross pollinate (hybridize) 2 plants of unequal resonance.. if u have arthritis, and cant pick up a glass of water, u r severed from urself.. this leads to a severing with others.. think of it on a grand scale

But if you are going to show people the correct way to eat, focus on starches such as rice,corn and potatoes and take the focus away from the MOST acid forming foods..the meat, the dairy, the eggs and other animal foods.
