Watching this competition as a 16 year old inspired me to take up the triple jump.....unfortunately I never got further than 12.43.......hahahahahaha

If anyone could've inspired me it would've been Willy Banks, I never tired of watching him jump. Such an infectious character. Sadly I never got started...tried once or twice and doubt I even went half as far as he could.
