I don't have that key chain either, wish I knew it was free with a purchase back then :( Also I just threw my catalog out, but if you go to their site you can request one.
I got it ,and at the end of the bag there was two beaded tassels, and on of them the string ripped and the beads all fell out. So I send this one back for a new one, can't wait
