I stayed there and if you walk through the halls at night and take the exact elevator Its freaky.... We decided to take the elevator that the guy died on up to the top floor... This floor is only open for sunsets and it was closed god the night for the past few hours bug for somereason the elevator took us up there and we stepped out and they shut behinds us... i lived in keywest for about 12 years and now im 13 and the story of the la concha hotel is that one day a waitor got a call for room service on the 5th floor so when he went in the elevator the floor to it disappeared so he died and when his friend came looking for him he thought he saw someone but there was noone there and then a cold hand touched his shoulder and he turned around he noone was behind him

i went last feb for valentine's day and i swear i saw a ghost - I SWEAR !! - right away i went down to the lobby n commented that 2 the clerk and he laughed !! OMG - had i known this hotel was haunted i wouldn't gone there!! dont take me wrong is a super nice hotel ...very upscale - location is great!!

My mom works at Key West Crown Plaza La Concha & my mom's the manger & I wonder and around the floor. One time I went to 5 th floor the haunted room and the ghost was really queit and then me and my friend started making fun of it.. and we hear a hard loud voice and we ran out... But i went again and i the ghost was nice.. My mom still works there so i know this.. OKay

i went on the tour and stayed in the hotel and when we first arived in our room our radio was on. Then, we went out for a stroll on duvall street, and came back to a once again playing radio. Also, one night when i was trying to go to sleep, i heard a slight high putched hum. This didn't bother me too much, but then a quick flush of air swept over my face. It scared the crap out of me. Well, thanks heather, (she was our tour guide) for a fun and memorable night.
