No, watch out for power supply, form factor, and slot type.

They mostly newer ones have PCIx16 2.0 which is the universal standard though they're upgrading to 3.0.

@spatel11uk i didnt use any product keys. i dont know what i did but the setup that comes with BF3 is old and screws up the installation so i downloaded a new/current version of OriginSetup and used it.

@spatel11uk Google "bf3 install from cd yahoo" and click the "Battlefield 3 wont install from the disc on my pc only installs" link. then scroll down and look for a post from account named "Les". He tells there how to install Origin and BF3. only the whole process may take 2-3 hours and if you dont have Origin/EA account, it may become ugly. i had to make 2 new Emails to be able to play because my current Email is in use for an old account that i cant use anymore.

Nvidia card drivers can be installed from the Nvidia website. Don't know about other cards since I only use Nvidia cards :P

@alexmalyn If you do not have a card in any of the card slots (pci, pcie, ect) then your motherboard has one built in. Since your gpu says its an intel im guessing its either built into the motherboard or its combined with the cpu.

DONT USE THE GREEN SCREWDRIVER! ;-)

All the graphics cards on the market go into those slots, just make sure you have a big enough power supply

PCI-E x 16 is a PCI slot that is 16 times bigger than a normal one i belive (or faster, can't quite remember)

EVERYTHING depends on your power supply and your motherboard.

You can't simply take an old pc with a old motherboard and pentium 4 processor and put in top model gtx 580 nvdia grafix card and expect great results. In this case your cpu holds back all that gpu power.

You need a sufficiant power supply in your pc already ( min 500W) + a pci 16x express slot. For the rest it's indeed the same process.
