@tgolledge Hes taping the jams of the hatches. This is to prevent air seeping under and forming a low pressure zone under the hatch. Although it looks ghetto its the only way to improve the aero of the boat (and top speed) without doing permanent mods. This is common practice on salt flat cars as well as cars that run in the standing mile.

@tgolledge the twist lock hoods are not as durible as the bolt down so when u take off u have a chance of them blowing off not much diffrent on the hoods between boats and muscle cars
