- The magnetic is more "direct", there is almost no bownoise, my traditional instruments are not muted acoustically in contrast to piezo systems: the magnetic has no contact with vibrating parts of the instrument. Please have a look at the "Dodecats" pages:

How do you like the magnetic pickup in comparison to the usual piezo pickups?
