  • WOW!!!!!!

  • is it me or do those cars look ahead of their time

  • Superb footage. That was certainly a great place to stand and film.

  • La Lola T 70 verte Numero 47 c'est Mike de Udy chassis 73 SL 112 qui sort jo Bonnier

  • tnx so much, great video

  • Was Oulton Park England last May ... beautiful track - much more safety barriers in place now, of course!

  • Beautiful Cars back then.

  • too bad we can't hear jo's voice.

    RIP Jo Bonnier

  • Any lip-readers out there?

  • This is YouTube at it´s best! Thanks for the rare and good racing footage.

  • note to the ignorant...this is footage from the late 60s...what do you expect?

  • You are my hero DrBGW. No stupid song ruining the movie.

  • great footage ! like the sound of the projektor--

makes it unique. and, a moment of silence now-

    jo bonnier R.I.P.--we love,and miss you !

  • no he didnt he died later in 172

  • Yes, and drove off with dead bits of bodywork flapping. No, wait! He couldn't have...

    Why do you ask, anyway?

  • >And what was Mike driving? That isn't a GT 40, is it?

Hard to say but it's definitely not a GT40. Could be a Lola T70 also, or a Porsche 906.

  • I'm fairly certain the Blue car is indeed a 906. I've seen the side dams on them, and the rear is different from the T70.

  • to gt40mk2 - it was a Lola T 70 as like as

    Bonnier's one.

  • very rare,great video

  • Safety conditions were horrible those days. Just see that there were no run-off areas and you can see even some trees!!!

  • And what was Mike driving? That isn't a GT 40, is it?

  • absolutely brilliant! the number 47 in the green lola that pushes bonnier off the track is micheal de'udy, my step grandfather

  • Thank you so much for posting, this is my local track and this footage is very rare and special

  • GORGEOUS CAR

  • Very nice to see Lola T70's in action. That was bad luck for Jo Bonnier being knocked off the circuit like that; entirely the other Lola's fault. RIP Jo (i.e. after another accident in a Lola in 1971).

  • Humm... those trees ....- thx.for posting=

  • nice.

  • look at how dangerous it was...

  • your videos of racing are damn good!

    thanks again for posting them!

  • fantastic track
