Mayor David Green is a Public Figure! The key word is "Public" Legally speaking he may as well stand on a street corner and advertise that he is a control freak! He was warned not to do it. If he did it, he would be removed. He wasn't removed because of a boss hog. He was removed because he wasn't adhering to council protocol. He should not have been manhandled in his removal. He should have been escorted out. In a court, if you are out of order, you can be removed.

There are formal procedures for ejecting someone who is causing a disturbance in a session of city council (and this was not a legitimate example of a disturbance), they were not followed in any way. This is a pretty straighforward example of false arrest.
