Chris, the service doesn't work. The site simply takes an image of the pdf file and puts it in a word file.

Anyway what is even worse, you should clearly read the terms before uploading the PDF to their servers - They might just state that when you do you automatically grant a license to use the PDF for what ever they want :-(

all you do is write a letter etc. on word,pages ...nearly every word editing program can be used .Then at the end when you save it ,go to save as,then advanced ,now go and select pdf.
