After about 6 minutes I decided to just wing it lol (no pun intended).
Here's a tip on how to make the crane look so much better. On the step where you have two heads and two wings pointing opposite of each other (12:20) fold head/tail side inward toward the middle for both sides of each crane and then proceed to fold the head up.
This will give the wing a diamond like shape instead of a triangle and the head/tail will be more thinner.

Thanks! I am not sure this is a Won Park model, but I have tried this without great success. Maybe having seen your process I'll do better.
