protoform is not a baby transformer, protoforms are used for intergalactic journeys and healing or resurrection, ye its the first stage of a cybertronian .

Yeah, I think Prime looks somewhat like this figure in the movie, when he first lands. I'm not so sure about starscream, as he's not shown arriving in the movie. However, I think I remember seeing in a 2007 movie prequel comic that starscream, when he arrives, may have looked something like that. I'm not sure, since I think it's been at least a year since I last saw that comic.

Just to let you know in advance though...the mold is good and if you don't mind the green colour scheme, then he's worth getting. If you don't like the colours but still want the mold, wait for the Rescue Ratchet G1-based repaint.

Yeah i've seen that repaint but i actually prefer the green one. The mold just doesn't look right in red and white. what do you think?

Have you been at all tempted by Ultimate Bumblebee? I almost bought him on Saturday but decided against it. £80 for a figure that is only articulated when you activate its eletronic gimmick is a bit steep IMO.

I sort of want that Prime but refuse to buy a bot that turns into what looks like a rock. If you've started to buy the movie figures i'd recommend you get down to Argos and pick up Ironhide. Pics don't do him justice, great figure, especially if you intend to display him.

As of today, I have Longview, Spyshot, Speed Dial, Power Up, Bumblebee (1974), Barricade, Brawl, Wreckage, Scorponok, Ratchet and Blackout. I've spotted an Ironhide and Starscream.

So far i've got Jazz, Barricade, (although i didn't want either of them, but bought them anyway)Blackout (automorph sucks)Wreckage, Leader Prime (soooo good) and Ironhide. I'm gonna get the Prime and BB 2 pack in Argods just as soon as they actually get some stock in. What did you think of the movie Runescape? Certainly no masterpiece but it was pretty good.

Well, actually (and I know this may be a surprise) but I haven't actually had a chance to see the movie yet. I'm gonna try and see it next week.

As for the figures, I've just got Jazz. Can't find a Bonecrusher or Swindle at all. I'm avoiding Leader Megatron (his vehicle mode sucks) - or at least not the one with coral colours (there's a metallic coloured movie Megatron coming out).
