one of the plates meant for arcueus, it's the one that makes him a dragon type, it also boosts dragon type moves of it's holder

the one where I got trapped, you can find a Gible. the other one I haven't explored yet, you can help a Trainer named Mira to get out of the place. It's a hell confusing cave, where certain places look much the same as the other that you probably have visited before.
