For all the debates out there, i think no point arguing is giving bath right or wrong without facts; but i belive certain things i would wonder does the uploader knows:

- U can bath ur kitten if it's 2 -3 weeks old, but only when necessary n only once a week only if can. BUT NO COLD WATER OR NORMAL TAP WATER, it must be slight warm as kitten cant regulate their body heat n they can easily get attack by sickness when it's shock n gone weak.

@KahSing82 secodnly, kitten hav their scent is becos they ARE kittens, for this age is dangerous to use shampoo cos they will lick their body n ended up being poisoned, especially NO HOUSEHOLD shampoos.

My only advice, kindly seek out for more information on kitten care before u fiddle around with the kitty thinking it's oh-so-adorabel without knowing ur actions are affecting the every single health aspect of the kitten~~

Naw cute :) Sometimes kittehs need baths. They get smelly in the litter box, or in some parts of the world they are more prone to fleas and diseases and need to be washed regularly. For people who get upset about cat baths, you need to get over it! If they are warm after, it is better for their health to be washed then left to be ridden with fleas, fieces and dirt!

@vibushan10 If your kitty is a stay home kitty, once a fortnight or so is okay, but if your kitty roams outside you gotta watch for fleas. Once a week or more would be ideal for a roaming kitty, but that's only if your kitty lets you :)

(ie dogs dont do this and needs to be washed), the ONLY time u should wash a cat is if its sick with an illness and dont groom, an obese cat cant reach all spots will get dandruff and be messy, a neglected cat (as seen on animal hoarders) an very old cat, besides that no need, just sayin'

@ducrozet74 I have a cat that has to be washed. Reason being is that she doesnt do a good job. Sometimes her fur gets matted and she cant get her hind areas well enough. My other cat on the other hand does a good job except when he goes outside and rolls in dirt. That is when he has to be washed. There is nothing wrong with batheing a cat unless you are doing it in a way the cat is getting hurt.
