Flippy, while deadly, is vulnerable to explosions and machinery accidents, such as getting run over or chopped into bits by a helicopter. Technically i think it'll be a draw. In theory, Splendid may be dumb but he's superman. Some war veteran shouldn't be able to kill him. On the other hand, since Splendid is dumb, and Flippy is quite experienced, i think Flippy would be able to dodge all of Splendid's attacks and so wouldn't die. So its a draw.
