  • Best BJJ teacher eva!!!!!!!!

  • thanks great videos, but what does "discover who you are" means or in what way?? or if someone could tell me

  • what a armlock thumb technique... amazing, thank you

  • 7 people were armbarred.

  • stop it at 4:07

  • GREAT stuff!

  • you are a great teacher , great ground work obligato

  • My problem is with making the movement fluid and technically correct to finish the guy.

  • thx dit is real juijutsu

  • i just really want to see him vs someone..

  • What is the third armlock called, after teh kimura?

  • and everything looks so straight when you show it :]

  • I really like his fluid teaching and techniques.

  • muy bueno gracias

  • very nice videos. thanks.

  • Nice work!

  • Beautiful!

  • From the straight armlock, is it necessairy to put hands in armpits? Or just to hold him down?

  • @KungFuNik the important things when you are going to execute a straight armbar is to to make sure that you are very tight, and the thumb on the executed arm is to point up. just som basics! but you don't need to put your hands in his armpits. But it is one effective way from the mount. it is important to keep leverage on the opponent.

  • I wonder if Roy dean have ever met a gracie :P

  • @takidabossen

he looks as tough as gracies themselves!!

  • Well done. Cheers.

  • wooow, beautiful techniques

  • Thank you for posting these videos. I'm just beginning and your videos are really helpful.

  • omg that kimura opened my eyes big time i was not doing it like that at all

  • it's so beautifull to see this artist glide over the mat like its effortless :)

  • i owned a grizzly bear with this trick

  • lol i feel bad for that test dummy... he was tapping so hard after a while...

  • Roy Dean is the man..........man skill level is top notch. I would to train with him. I live in Seattle too, so I should make that trip to Oregon.......

  • AWESOME.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • this is so awsome ,thanks man

  • so fluid

  • verry good but it's not easy to lern all the thing so fast as i want :-D

  • Your instruction is excellent, and invaluable!

  • Really nice vids;)

  • These DVDs are fantastic.

  • hes trainig with such a small guy xD he doesnt even have to extend his legs at all they are always bent. same thing in his traingle choke vid too

  • wow amazing the counter to the kimura is very hard.. but, practice does make perfect.

    Thanks!

  • EXPERT.

  • Great vids, thanks

  • Really well explained - Thanks so much Roy!

  • i wish i could train with this guy

  • theres allot of these submissions that judoka at my level wouldn't expect so i'm gonna get down to mastering this. Especially the kimura.

  • Beautiful Technique, I already order the Blue and Purple Belt requirements!!!

  • Greate video guys

Kimura from guard is my second favorite submission after achilles lock

  • very good, detailed vid.

  • 3:40 i cant do that right

  • that is a very hard lock i am not surprised u cant do it

  • It works like the arm bar. Instead it's now upside down.

  • when you uncross the legs for the kimura doesnt one hook go in so he cant role out of it?

  • It's a tad difficult to do this, and besides you should easily be able to unable him to roll out of it, even with your legs on the outside, you can feel him try to do it in time.

  • all the time, happens all the time..lol wow he looked dead serious there

  • Roy, excellent videos, thanks for the effort you and your students have put behind them.

  • Great teacher.

  • Best detailed instruction!

  • Thank you, I have just strated my BJJ training and cant tell you how much this has helped me

    Thank you

  • Fantastic, well done Roy!

  • i like it i like it alot

  • extremely talented instruction!

  • GOOD TEACHING!

  • Outstanding instruction once again. I was waiting for this new instructional. The best quality clips I've seen anywhere. YouTube or otherwise. There should be a law against some of the instrcution that's out there right now and the difference in quality. Guys who are white belts for WELL over a year, going to class 2,3, 4 X's a week and don't know the basics or have command of more than 4 positions and moves. No curriculum (spl) etc.. GREAT WORK ONCE AGAIN!

  • Nice to see new film from You! I like Kimura! Keep it up Roy! 5/5

  • Roy,

I cant tq enough for all the 'instruction' I've received from u thru ure video clips.

    Yes basic, basic, basic...

    Thank You again.
