I think the 3D view seems needlessly cluttered and messy. Don't get me wrong, I do love eye candy in software, but this just seems to make the list more difficult to read.
Why does the contact's thoughts on twitter/facebook clutter the other people's photo while on 3d view? It should be below their names and contact details, creating a taller stack of 3d cards.
Just saying. Keep on creating mouthwatering UIs. :D
@Abebil3 Our idea is that 2D should be used when looking for a specific contact, while 3D should be used to get an overview of the entire list, to see if anyone has updated their status. If one checks often, it won't be so cluttered. Updates can also be filtered using the buttons that appear in 3D mode
@dawoodmunir20 You never will: all of their videos so far are digitally edited to show off what their software could possibly do, not what it actually does. What you're watching is essentially edited-in after effects of what it would look like in real life. It's a shame too, the time is now with all these super phones to make some software like this. I'd pay up to $10-$15 in the Market for a home replacement made by Tat, it looks useful. Too bad it'll never be though.
@Bacon676 Actually only a few of the most futuristic videos from TAT have edited-in after effects. Horizon List, like most our demos, is real and implemented with TAT software, which is used in 470 million devices. It is licensed by mobile operators and device manufacturers. Horizon 2D-3D transitions are also available for licensing, so you might see them in a real device one day
another great video, but another disappointing no release. You guys have great concepts but never release anything. Thats very dissappointing.

Kinda cool, but it didn't seem very useful. No problems solved with this approach, just a gimmick.
