  • If you suck at blade sharpening your lawn will look dull.

  • i noticed a lot of criticism from others here....what are you people doing to help others or show others how to do things? thanks for taking the time to show us this my friend!

  • you should first use a precision tool on your table, lol

  • when using an angle grinder be aware that the sparks which are actualy molten iron can pit glass eye lenses, with plastic they seem to bounce off with no ill effects.

So if you wear script lenses and they are glass you should use a plastic flip up shield when doing this.

  • Please don't use a cut off wheel to grind. Not trying to be a smart ass but one of my employees was seriously injured by a cut off wheel flying apart. He had been using it to grind and then attempted to cut with it. He had also removed the guard and a 2 inch piece of cut off wheel hit him in the neck and cut an artery. If you are looking for "how to videos" there are plenty of certified professional resorces available on the internet.

  • Thanks for the demo.

  • i think ur grinder is missing a guard!!!!!!!!!!!

  • A nail on the wall works just as well as a balancer...... Also,, use Dremel, they sell an attachment for it and its less filings all over the place.

  • What grit disk do you use?

  • You could of at least showed us a close up of your blade edge.

  • gay

  • thank you, captain obvious

  • @ultrakool no need for sarcasm. not everybody knows how to sharpel lawnmower blades. if they did they wouldnt be paying me to do it now would they.

  • Carl Childers just uses a file when he sharpens blades........mostly sling blades.....LOL

  • thanks dude!

  • you sir are a dumbass sparks near gas tank.move your van 1st!

  • Thanks for the tutorial.

I don't have a balancer but I think I can rig something up.

    Yeah, youtube!

  • nice job dude...

  • thanks

  • heh good video but maybe next time do it away from the vehicle. hot metal flares from the grinding actually melt the paint and you will have black spots on the painted surface.

  • Good Job!

  • didn't you just shoot a bunch of filings onto your wife's car?

  • its my van and it didnt hurt it a bit. the paint job is shit and its got so many scratches it doesnt matter at this point. also has 171k miles so im not really worried about it.

  • its goood for light work, but for heavy grinding i dont like it. then i use one with a 13 amp motor.

  • i have the same angle griner from harbor freight
