  • None of those were bad, really, except for the last one.

  • i got everything except the Siamese cats and the betty book cartoon

so the chinese Siamese have a little choppy english

and the kid wants a watermelon he aint black or anything

  • Americans love to be racist they have nothing better to do but judge upon the world....

  • Shit, that last one was practically the DEFINITION of racism!

  • lmao the ponies high??

  • I don´t see here any white caracters?Where is Cletus from The Simpsons?

  • @moonakas I made another video- "disney is racist against whites", look for it on my profile

  • @Mirani2 well if disney is racist towards all humans, whats the big fucking deal then?

  • That horse from the first video is fucking similar to Jimmy from Southpark

  • "this is racist, sexist, homophobic, antisemitic, islamophobic christian white heterosexual male garbage"... :rolls eyes:

Americans and their bullshit racism melodrama...

I definitely don't miss it... nothing says annoying like finding every excuse to make up for being immature assholes....

  • Wow.... O_o "I need help!!! I need help!!!" that's NOT funny D: GRRRRRRRRRRRR

  • Woah, that last one really took the cake. Yeesh.

  • 4:05 racism topped off with sexism :P

  • Anyone with any sense would be less offended by these so-called examples of "racism" than capturing video by filming a computer monitor.

Get with the times, and spare us your old-fashioned thinking Mirani2. Were you raised in a barn? Videoing a video screen is offensive and socially unacceptable.

Times have changed. We have HD. The only people who post videos like this are shut-in trailer trash.

Go take a course in video sensitivity.

  • @TheJediCharles Ah, words cannot express how sorry I am! Perhaps we can settle out of court with a million dollar "offensive deeds!!" transfer from me to you! And an official apology!

  • @Mirani2

    Ah, wonderful.

I was afraid you had no sense of humor or might be incapable of knowing when a complaint is ridiculous and petty, unlike the impression your video-of-video conveyed.

  • @TheJediCharles Pardon? Did you say "videoing?"

  • @dagnytheartist

Yes. Are you suggesting it's not a word? Explain your confusion.

  • @TheJediCharles I looked it up and it's not a word. I think it would be "recording."

  • @dagnytheartist

    You looked it up?

1st of all, videoed is a word, and better suits this comment than record, because record does not indicate what kind of recording, but videoing does, by describing a camera pointing at a monitor instead of a proper recording technique.

2nd, punch in "videoing" in google, and 231234 results come up, the top 343 being definitions. So, you're either dishonest or incompetent.

3rd, it's a damn joke, directed at humiliating the uploader, who has it coming.

  • @TheJediCharles the fact that you only commented on this video's quality and not content shows that u dont put ur attention where its supposed to go . ur too picky. what the hell? who the hell do u think u are. we aint talking about video quality, assshat

  • @witchcraftlover

The fact that you only commented on the literal and not the sarcasm shows that you haven't got a sense of humor.

It's no coincidence that someone that gets all bent out of shape with such cartoons would tetchy about my comment. It's the same intolerant lack of joy.

Your displeasure in me is my delight.

  • @TheJediCharles you're missing the point

  • @Oedipus58921

    right back atcha.

  • @TheJediCharles whatever do you mean

  • racism has gone way too far... racism= hate against people with other skin colour... people should remember that before they scream RRAAAACCIIZTZTTTZZZ UWMFG UR SO RACIZT U GOU TU JAILZ!!!

  • @BoysWithBlackWigs07 they're not doing drugs. My elders tell me that ceremonial tobacco isnt like cigarettes; it's just pure tobacco. All that shit that kills smokers was added when the stehetke took it from us. Plus, not all tribes use peace pipes. Those mainly come from the Osage, Lakota, Cheyenne/Arapaho, and other plains tribes. In our ceremonies, we roll the tobacco in corn husks and you're supposed to pray when you smoke it. In the REAL native way, it would be a cardinal sin for Wendy to

  • lmao i couldnt believe it when the baby got the watermelon

  • can someone tell me why the crows are racist? I don't get it! I've been trying to figure it out forever.

  • @sinfulxthin They are meant to be like stereotypical black Americans, from the thirties or thereabouts. It's not racist, just stereotypical.

  • that is racist no wonder i dislike the peter pan indian part

  • im black i jus think we should all get along we have hearts and guts together we are brothers and sisters united

  • @iunrealxd really ? That's the best you can do ? "fag" ? I speak for all my elders when I say I'll pray for you to someday understand our native sensibilities.

  • There is a difference between an action or a movie being racist...and the person doing it being racist. Sometimes an action may be unwittingly rude, but the person making it does not harbor racial prejudices.

    .

Racial prejudice isn't good, but many Disney movies seem to be making fun of PARTICULAR minority race members (and white ones! Remember the French guy in Little mermaid?) who display over-the-top characteristics.

    .

They never claim that all black/white people act that way.

  • @Mirani2 uh huh... but a lot of people have had their lives ruined because they've said or done racist things about individuals. Disney is the only exception... in fact... they make billions by merchandising their works that feature racism.

  • 4:59 he's got some moves!!!

  • None of these clips are "racist." They simply reflect the natural perspective of whites in a more honest, less politically correct era.

  • The Drum is like a Family member it is sacred and not to be taken lightly so I agree that it is very Racist and Disrepectful. There are alot of things that are not right but the majority is the majority and they do as they please without thinking of anyone but themselves and the all mighty Dollar.

  • @markmansion all them I consider racist but you gotta approach an issue by how it is. As a fancy dancer and singer myself, the dancing on the drum just rubs me the wrong way. The issues you mention all are big problems, but this is twice as personal as a culturally-involved Native.

  • XD at the end!

  • I think we can all agree that the last one was REALLY racist

  • Mk, so...I'm a small Muslim girl who is playing the Chief in Peter Pan at my school. The movie was made in the 50's. The guy who wrote it was relatively racist. Plus, it is from a child's perspective. Disney used the name of one of the Imams of the Islamic religion to portray a bad guy. . It happens, and it's freakin' Disney, so just learn to laugh at yourself just a tad. There's plenty of people out there who can't laugh at themselves, soooo smile bro slam, it's aaaaalll good :)

  • I don't see see racism here, maybe stereotyping. Racsim would be almost wiped out if professional swindlers, thieves & robbers would have jobs. I don't think people really care what color you are as long as you're moral. Besides the whole topic is getting old. Just think, if Americans didn't bring blacks here from Africa they'd still be there. They should be thankfu. If you get the chance to be educated & have the privilege to work you shouldn'tbe complaining!

  • @Pamelina11 Wow They should be grateful to have been ripped away from their families brought to a foreign place and if they survived the voyage. Be Grateful to be Beaten, Raped, and Abused Reall??? No one was at Plymoth Rock Checking Pass Ports and telling Europeans where they could and couldn't Live, Walk, Bathe, and Eat. Educate yourself before you try to educate others. Have A Nice Day =0D Native American/Mexican/French and Proud of All My Culture

  • @AudryGJ Absolutely grateful! So if you're talking 150 years ago, what's the excuse now for being a menace & destruction to society? How many more years is it going to take for the black community to take advantage of their education?Educate yourself!Their forefathers suffered & sacrificed their lives so blacks 150 years later can bitch & scream racism, remain unemployed, uneducated, not take care of their children financially so our government is broke! We're fed up of the leeches of society!

  • @Pamelina11

They're unemployed because you wouldn't hire them for jobs.

They're uneducated because you force them into inferior schools.

They're underfinanced because of the above.

And even then, a black man can be successful, educated, and powerful and still won't be taken seriously. It says a lot about the US that a black man can literally BE THE PRESIDENT and still no-one can see past the melanin.

So don't try and feed us that "leeches" bullshit. You hate them all, rich and poor alike.

  • @LuminarNightblade Bingo! You said it!

  • @LuminarNightblade Slavery was 150 years ago.I've seen docs on black schools. The kids are out of control & have no interest in learning, inferior or not.As far as I know they teach proper english in school & I haven't heard black people use it.Stop using the old crutch to defend the lazy & evil doers. In this day & age there's NO excuse for stupid.Being black has nothing to do with Obama's inadeqacies to be a good leader. You have to.stop claiming discrimination & using the word nigger!

  • @LuminarNightblade You're all so full of hate & anger that we want to run from all of you! Don't EVER expect your life to change if you don't or won't change yourself!

  • @Pamelina11

I was going to rebuke your ignorance again, but this new comment is so completely full of shit that any point I could have possibly made has been demonstrated so thoroughly that I no longer need to.

    Bravo, hypocrite.

  • @Pamelina11 The problem here is you saying "all of you". NOT all blacks are bad, not all are good. Luminar's problem is not that you are hating or loving blacks, it is that you are ignoring the fact that SOME blacks are good, just to make it easy for yourself so you don't have to think.

    .

If you had 6 cars, 3 of which need to be painted, and 3 of which don't, would you paint them all? No. Would you not paint them all? No. You would look at them INDIVIDUALLY.

  • wow did she just give the baby water melon?!? omg that was racist.

  • Wendy is a bitch

  • Sexy pawnee man at 4:25!!!

native americans weren't fat. End Of.

  • People just need to learn to laugh at themselves once in awhile. My mother's adoptive family were nearly all Mexican or half, and my cousins have a statue of a sleeping Mexican in their backyard for laughs. My bestfriend is black, and she makes TONS of racist jokes toward the African culture/race. I'm white, and you don't even know how many of those jokes this cracker makes. My other friend is native American, and she finds the whole Peter Pan movie just hilarious when it comes to Tiger Lily.

  • I don't get what's so offensive about tiger lily dancing on a drum....

can someone explain why that's the " ultimate insult "?

  • @PardonSKULLY I think it was more the song in general. Sure, it's a little prejudice, but damn people it was the fifties, and it wasn't even pointed as an insult to Native Americans. The Indians in Peter Pan were supposed to be portrayed as a child's imagination, and I'm sure back then, that was how white children saw them to be. Maybe some fault was at the writer of the original play it's self, but like I said, it was the fifties. People are just overly sensitive sometimes. Learn to laugh!

  • Gumby used to be the shit gotta love that green bastard

  • @limegreenowns go fuck yerself, stehetke. I may be one-thirty-six percent Muscogee Creek, but I've been singing at the drum and fancy-dancing at pow-wows all my life. I've been through the Green Corn ceremony of my tribe, and I can semi-fluently speak Creek. It's bigots like you who think all Indians are brutal savages, and make us look like idiots on film.

  • These were made in different times you idiots..

  • the betty boop one has like five stereotypes all rolled into one clip

  • What the hell did they give to that horse? Drugs?

  • That's racist !

  • Btw my great grandpa was Native American, n he was reddish brown lol n these cartoons are jest so cute n funny, not offensive 2 me at all. I have da nose n eyes of a native american, n my great grandarents were red ppl, so was my grandpa, he was reddish brown, I however came out very light skinned, cus my pop's side of da family is madd white! Haha I'm kinda proud lookin at dis, even tho I'm not pure of anything, it's funny 2 see how my anncestors were steriotyped =]

  • Tat was hilarious, racist, steriotypical, but bak in da day, tat was kinda how our ancestors were like. Why do u think dey were portrayed like tat? Not becus 1 person outta tat race did et, noooo, it's cus it was really common bak den lol. Tats da cool thing bout old cartoons, dey dnt hide history, we shudn try n change dem, becus it teaches us about true life in da old days. N how our ancestors were like, it can be a lil offensive, but keep in mind, wat happened, happened, dnt sugar code et =)

  • @Christopher3772 one thing i wish you would hide is your 3rd grade grammar level

  • I understand racism is wrong. I believe you might want some attention. Here's a question: Should we really try to build ourselves up by bringing everyone else down.

  • excuse me -.-

    racist bastard.

  • You need to invest in a new tv...yours sucks

  • the peter pan one wasn't that bad comparativly, but wtf was up with the end. the baby (which is black) is crying so the mother shuts it up with a watermelon that the kid eats imidiatley and spits the seed at the guy in front. if thats not racist i dont know what is

  • Tigerlily dancing isn't an insult to anyone-if you want to see an indian stereotype drive through the Badlands of SD

  • lol those birds are niggers

  • @p209406 at pow-wows, the drum is considered an extremely sacred object; an indian's way of communicating to the creator and sending messages to him through song. The drum beat represents the heartbeat of ALL native people, and the drum is treated with upmost respect.

  • The cats were with the buck teeth. Since in some stenotype there is something with the Chinese and buck teeth. And also the bad grammer I guess.

  • @5:33 THE COLORFUL THREE! LOL

  • When tiger lily was dancing on the drum, that's the ultimate insult to me and other indians. I still don't get the Siamese cats.

  • @Bluefirefoley Explain how the girl dancing on the drum was offensive (merely curious).

  • @p209406 He/she is just being overly sensitive. Yes the drum would be considered sacred but its not something anyone would find offensive in a chidrens movie. think little kids with those little American flags on 4th of July-you know they're kids having fun and its a toy to them not the same as it would be to an adult.

  • @Bluefirefoley the siamese cats was a stereotype of Chinese people.

You gotta remember, that Disney made the movie about Peter Pan before there were racial issues present. They were trying to convey the myth a typical American youngster hears about the "Indian Warriors and tribes." Accurate or not, I'm sure no offense was meant, and if they could it again, they would likely take it out.

  • @Bluefirefoley You're not a real Indian, Shut the fuck up.

  • @Bluefirefoley they were making fun of asians

  • @Bluefirefoley Really? Not the Washington Redskins, Cleveland Indians, or any western movie from the 1950's? Just that 30 seconds of her dancing?

  • @Bluefirefoley I don't see that as offensive at all! I was more worried about the kid smoking drugs!

  • @Bluefirefoley

Can I ask you why that is the most insulting? I'm Irish so I'm well used to the stereotyping, but I would have little knowledge on the traditions of Native Americans. Also, do Native Americans not find it insulting to be called indians?

  • the betty boob one GOOOOOd damn! first of all not all black people eat watermelon or cry like that. thats just stupid

  • @SARISS80

ya i'd say that was the most offensive one out of the bunch for sure.

  • lol your commentary sucks, bro.

  • I don't get it, none of these are really racist. In fact the Gumby one looked like it had a pretty pro-integration message.

ps I always thought Wendy was being a bitch in that scene.

  • i wish MY mom could pull watermellon out of her purse :D

  • I dont understand what was wrong with the crows and cats, but danm that black and white one at the end is way bad.

  • Learn proper use of the english language. A racist is someone who is proud of their race, just like a Nationalist is someone who is proud of their Nation.

If you hate people not of your race you are anti-black or anti-white etc. not racist.

  • don't forget The Aristocats, lol =P

"Shanghai Hong Kong Egg Fu Yung!! Fortune cookie always wrong!!" o.0

    crazy >.>

  • THAT'S RACIST

  • Fuck You GUMBY

  • im sry as a native american...that gumby episode is racist....very racist! im kinda upset

  • @The80sbaby88 I'm a native too and I really don't see anything racist in this o_o

  • @The80sbaby88 I can understand why a Native American would be offended by this, though. :/

  • You are blowing things a little out of proportion. The Indians did clash with white people when they first arrived. We had no buisness being here. This was their land. But that cartoon is simply giving insight on how race was a big issue in the 16th and 17th centuries. It is not promoting racism, it is showing what life was like at that time.

  • peter pan smokes! then he makes out with a stranger...its official...peter pan is a pimp XD haha jk

  • What makes the REDMAN red?! hahaha all I could think about was the rapper redman hahaha

  • Maybe it's just me. Why do you consider the indians of peter pan racist? I don't really see the problem. I guess the opinion depends on the person.

  • you take indian corn! bahahaha!!! priceless

  • Oh look racism in old cartoons that arent even around anymore. Let's all bitch about something as if it's going on now.

  • a black crow. as oppsed to a white crow?

  • Your kind of an idiot. Indians kill a shit load of people and you sound like a fucking idiot for acting like they wernt hard core. Please go scalp your self to death you dumb fuck.

  • @griptick Wiisinin Kiinuk :P

  • What's racist?

  • did that indian just call her a squaw??

  • lol I'm sorry. I'm back. LOL @ the watermelon seeds being spat. LOL. Now thats kind of bad lol. lolllll. I think sometimes people just exaggerate stereotypes but there are some people that fit into them. Its up to each person to figure out that there is more to people. I also find it funny that jokes about white people and their race are pretty much okay. I think we should all poke fun at ourselves or all poke fun at each other. As long as there is some poking going on .

  • @onedancingblonde Racism against whites isn't okay... racism against any race isn't okay.

    But our stereotypes are hilarious.

White stereotypes, Asian stereotypes, black, etc. We should all make fun of ourselves. Asians on youtube do it all the time.... no race is perfect so we might as well make fun of them all, including ourselves. XD

  • @KikyoChanXD if only religions will realize that, like christians, muslims, etc.

the world will get nowhere if no one can have fun with each other

  • @sheiks65 I'm a Christian (Kind of? I'm leaning more toward Paganism now, but anyways.. o.O) myself and I agree! >.<

  • @KikyoChanXD You are so right :)

  • @KikyoChanXD You have a point...

  • @KikyoChanXD why make fun of people?,.. i don't get that evil act

  • @TheWeakHuman Uh... did I say it's okay to make fun of anyone? >.>

  • @onedancingblonde Unless it's like, REAL racism... like... KKK crap.

Then that's.... um.. obviously NOT okay LOL.

  • @KikyoChanXD Agreed. True hatred is different than obvious humor. You can always tell a persons intentions and heart, that can't be masked.

  • LOLLLLL at the kids at the end. Those babies are darn cute with their Minnie the Moocher act. Love them.

  • 1:30

    LOL ROBOTRIPPING OFF PEYOTE.

  • Really this is offensive to anyone this day and age????

  • lmao thelast on was fucked when she pulled watermelon out her purse xD

besides that they werent all too racist maybe exceptt the native american ones

  • I was gonna say, don't forget Peter Pan. Talk about Politically correct! haha

  • -_- ... In a lot of cases, people cry racism as soon as someone includes any cultural differences besides strictly white. Fuck racism these days is pathetic.

  • D: is all I have to show for the gumby part I new about other part but something just made it go to far on that part the betty boop thing just disturbed me more

  • The only thing genuinely racist in this vid was the end black children, the portrayal of blacks, and the watermelon...Other than that, everything else was ok, albeit stereotypical... and the red man phrase is frowned upon.

  • I'm not racist I got 2 black dogs and a colored TV!

  • @therath94 omg lmao your hilarious

  • Even 'Casper the Friendly Ghost' had it's share of ethnic stereotypes.

Pokey's reaction makes me want to try some traditional North-American food! And How!

    Hahahah!

  • ahhhhhhhhhh thats what im talk bout baby eat them boots n boot straps pilgrim

  • i didnt get why the black crows are racist? i liked them when i wuz little.

  • tell me black ppl dont talk like that tho

  • that's not racist, it's reality. if anything the correct term would be bigoted but even that does not apply. to show things as they are is not bigoted or racist.

  • @circusboy90210 thats not how it is in the Native communities, not all of us live is teepees and wear war bonnets, those are specific among other nations, not all of us.

  • @lawrenceglr it's still not a racist or a bigoted statement. I'm aware of differences in tribes.

  • @circusboy90210 yeah just putting that out there, its more sterotypical than anything else...

  • This is not racist, this is stereotyping, Now if they said in the clips, I hate this person CUZ they are this or that race, etc etc thats racist but saying anything in this clip is like saying chinese kids dont play mmo's to gain money just to sell it to other ppl, or black ppl dont use the term"its cuz im black aint it" whenever someone disagrees with them, or blonds are dumb, etc Those are sterotypes, some are half way true, some mostly true and some of them are completely false!

  • yeah Indians never ever speak in broken English or never ever attacked pilgrims ever, black guys never ever talk in slang ever, Asians never ever speak in broken English ever. black people never even ate watermelon ever! I can't wait for this racist witch hunt era to end.

  • 6:20 i lol'd a bit

  • Gumby!

  • lol those indians are like RED unrealistic much?

  • Not racist in the slightest, why do people think doing impressions of other people is racist? You ought to see the impressions they do of us

  • The only one that MIGHT have been racist was the Betty Boop, The rest are just good ole movies, that I watched when I was a kid! You people are crazy!

  • This is racist ? At most these clips show stereotyping.

Ah but the definition of "racist" has morphed over the years so that today the bar is raised so high that pretty much any action or "non-action" could be deemed as racist.

And of course this only works one way too. Black & Hispanic supremacy groups like Congressional Black Caucus & La Raza.

Membership to the Congressional Black Caucus is for blacks only, by the way. But thats not racist... ;-)

  • Blue clay people and red clay horses have always been racist.

  • i remember this...

  • i miss watching gumby <33

  • I'm Native American and I'm not so much offended by these cartoons but I hate that it seems to have an effect on people. I live on a reserve and I've had friends who can't come over just because of that. One person told me that she shouldn't have to respect me because "no one has respected the natives until now anyways." Cartoons like these, specifically Peter Pan, are still seen by kids today and, unfortunately, I think they do cause racism.

  • Some people are way too easily offended..

  • The betty boop one was racist. As for the others isn't it more racist to point it out these stereotypes than to just let time forget these cartoons were ever made

  • The last one... WHAT??

  • ok the color three scene may have been the worst one...

  • Colourful 3...Watermelon-Bait,MONKEY PEOPLE!

    Betty...WHY!

  • wow the betty boop ones were always obvious cuz if you notice all the black people in it look like monkeys. thats y i never watched the damn show. the colorful three? wow dude just, wow! you should have put fantasia in here. that one was DEAD obvious!!

  • wow reallt the betty boop one seemed the most racist outtta all of them

  • tha hell is wrong wid tha TV???

  • If I was native American I'd be proud of the Dancing, it's part of history

  • how are Siamese cats racist?

  • were the three little black kids singing "Minnie the Mootcher"? it sounds too much like that infamous Cab Calloway song.

  • @TechnoHajikelist I don't think it would go over bad, as long as you let everyone know you think those kind of portrayals are racist. Don't it look like you agree with the idea that they really talk that way.

  • @TechnoHajikelist Yes that was definitely based on Cab Calloway's "Minnie the Moocher". In fact the song originated in a Betty Boop cartoon which itself was named Minnie the Moocher (However I think this clip was from a later Boop toon) BTW If you listen to the original recording he sounds nothing like how he did when he reprises it decades later in the "Blues Brothers".

  • lol @ the nigger crows

  • things only become racist when you put a massive sign beside them saying they're racist

Protagonists and antagonists make up the story.. if the antagonist is ever ANY colour other than white people start yelling racism

  • @mikeysa Absolutely right, and that's why I've currently been working on a new video that I think you will enjoy, about "racism". While some things on here may be racially insensitive, they are not directed towards blacks, etc, any more than a characer with an exaggerated British accent is directed against Brits.

    :)

  • @Mirani2 hah many suburban/urban brits DO have very thick accents, depicting reality is not rascist.

  • @Mirani2 But....u kno as well as I that the Brits ddnt get it nearly as worse as African Americans. Black ppl didnt even look human in there, i thought they were animals at first. Black ppl dont even look human in those old cartoons. And to make things even more exagerrated, she shut the kid up with watermelon, really?, watermelon? Id rather see a white guy with a black persons voice, the them being portrayed as ugly-animal things.

  • @ytfjordan So youid "rather see a white guy with a black persons voice, the them being portrayed as ugly-animal things"?

Boy wouldn't THAT be greeted with shouts of racism! He would be accused of mocking blacks and rightly so. Do YOU really think a white dude looking like some kind of ugly animal (as you put it) and going around saying garbage like "Sho nuff" is NOT racist. C'mon!

  • @HermanoRicardo336 Why is that racist? And arent black ppl being mocked in it? And where did u get this idea that white ppl should be portrayed as "ugly animals" i never said that. You are taking these nonexistence ideas over the edge. All I said was "Id rather see a white guy with a black persons voice, the them being portrayed as ugly-animal things." Just bc u have never experienced being portrayed as such, does not give u the right to attempt to correct me over a harmless p.o.v.

  • @HermanoRicardo336 Funny. I think you should watch the Boondocks. It has two white characters voiced by Charlie Murphy and Samuel Jackson. They fit your description to the T.

  • @Mirani2 Exactly right. They're directed towards white children who will form subliminal bigotry towards the races in question. These types of shows CREATE racism.

  • @Mirani2

  • @mikeysa

Things are racist when people are killed for their land & the people doing it - like Jackson - used racist rhetoric to get support. So the Holocaust of the Native Americans happened to steal their land. This cartoon makes the victims look like the criminals. Well, the "Piglims" massarared many of them in 1637 & 1667. They didn't "pay" for anything.

it's like Gemrnas making films presenting Germans as the victims of the Jews. It'd be outreagous. Well Hilter copied from the Americans

  • @mikeysa That's really not true at all. Many adult films have black, asian, or hispanic characters as the main antagonist. The PROBLEM, is when the minorities in CHILDREN'S programming are depicted as villians, comic relief, or stereotypes. There are almost no minority heroes for black and brown children to look up to.
