I could easily kill a guy with 10 rounds.. and if I was one of those psycho people wanting to kill multiple victums, I would spend hours upon hours to try and do one of those really fast mag changes. If such a bill will go through, will the high capacity mags be confiscated or just grandfathered (like what happened with full autos in 1988)?

The Brady scumbags know exactly what they're doing. It has nothing to do with the effectiveness of any particular gun feature. 1st some guns were too black. Then they were too militarily styled. Now that puke Traver at BATFE wants to say some shotguns aren't sporting enough for importation. Any foothold they can gain toward reaching their ultimate goal of victim disarmament, or anything they can use to divide gun owners is their only concern. And they will exploit any event they can.

The Brady Campaign doesn't care about magazine capacity. They want to disarm you!!! The capacity limitation issue is an attempt to get firearm restrictions back in the spot light.
