Hearing you go back and forth between that and your real voice was such a shock in earlier videos... sounded like there was another person altogether doing Tanya's voice acting. Most LP'er's attempts at voice acting are pretty pathetic, but you two are pretty darn good. =D You keep it fun.

On a side note, I really miss games like these. Games celebrating story more that fragged heads and graphics. Unfortunately, it's a time to which the markets can never return. There are a couple DS games out there that are technically adventure games, but none with the beauty and story of these old Sierra (and Lucasarts, I suppose) games. At 22, I still have all the Sierra "Quests" games on CD.

And as for Bella and Yuri not teaching her to read - Have you thought that maybe they don't know how? I mean I assume Yuri should at least be able to for the business - but Is there a reason Bella would know?

She's an adventure game character. :) Seriously, though, I think the game deliberately tries to create a moral ambiguity by showing that Katrina really loved and cared for Tanya, while Tanya's real parents mostly ignored her... Yuri and Bella being unable to read would lessen that ambiguity by giving them an excuse.

I think the grey area might be more for Katrina's sake then for Tanya's - To show that even though she's a master Vampire and can be quite a bitch about it, that she's also retained alot of human nature. She shows a lot of ambiguity in her character in the choices she has to come. I could mention a few, but it would spoil for those who haven't played the game. ;P
