Haha, it's pronounced 'pure-ay'. Good video though :) I'm staying with my aunt and uncle right now and their kitchen looks about like this, if not worse. I have a few primal things stashed in a corner of the pantry. We always seem to have a decent amount of vegetables around though, which is nice.
Is buying that Naked juice really cheaper than buying vegetables? O.o Or is that not why you're drinking it?
@41Y4N4hashotguy Lol. It was convenient. My bro bought beer and due to what the others who were with us bought I was thinking... this is going to be a hell of a lot better than twinkies! The beef was nice to have...
Sad, but probably an accurate snapshot from most Americans' kitchens. No wonder we have a health epidemic on our hands. If you check my kitchen, except for a few exceptions, you won't even find food with nutrition labels. I've been primal for more than two years now and have never felt better. Keep up the good work, Primal Toad!
@cykotick Yes, I could. That is a great idea. I do plan on going blueberry picking next week and will have a video of that. I hope to visit a farm and interview the farmers and visit my parents friends who have a chicken coop and interview them as well... I have a lot coming.

Much agreed! The more ingredients, typically, the worse it is for you. Its best to eat as "clean" as possible. Great videos! : )

you could run through a grocery store doing that....
why not go to a butcher market or a farm where they raise and butcher their own animals...
show the different cuts of meat, how it's sold, what to look for, why to buy from your local farmer..^5
