Nope, it's a South West Digital sound chip. If you ask them nice they will tweak the chip so you can notch up the revs.

@itsallaboutthehoohar im thinking of having my class 31 sound chip re blown to swd class 37 or even a 66 would you recomend notching or would you recomend it just been left as is without notching i mean notching is realistic for a big load :)
