I made some out of expensive silverware and brazing rod with rods from the dump. they really work. anythng to reach in the cracks of the BigRocks, mine are 30" long and 1/8" dia, cept for the spoons, they are mashed with ballpein hammers and folded like lips, b4 they are ground down to a simple scoop. I should get out my vid cam and post them at work. I find it much simpler to make the mining tools than to rush out and buy a commercial thing that doesn't always do what you need it to do
