You've probably already sorted the issue out but what I did a couple of days ago when I had this problem is just go to support.ea.com and had a live chat with an EA adviser and they fixed it out for me in under 20 minutes ...

i had to make a new e-mail and a new account, they have deleted the regitrated account and gave me a new code. but it still not worked. they told alot, the problem was that i had to delete 2 small files, out of the rigistery of your pc. it taked me 1 and a half week befor i could play. i forgot wich files. suc6

Every1 sign up for origin account then go to battlelog click forgot password and it will send a link to your email follow it create new password like it says then go back to battlelog sign in using new password and it will work.  Your welcome! Like suscribe??
