in my opinion, i prefer Robert Pattinson to play in other roles like this instead of Twilight sagas. I honestly think that this Twilight saga thing is just too much now. I would say he looks much better in here and in other certain movies than as Edward Cullen. and also he plays a much better as a wizard than a sparkly vamp ;P

I can see why it was cut - I don't quite get why Crawley Jr went to shunning Becky to blandly holding hands with her so quickly - I don't think his feelings would have changed so swiftly, even in the most sentimental of speeches.

It's interesting to see Rob act in this. He's rather bland in it - I think he could have afforded to show more emotion when he first turns away Becky's apology.

@rebel92888 Ehhh, don't judge the poor kid based on Twilight alone. I enjoyed him in the Goblet of Fire (granted, the role of Cedric in general is pretty cookie cutter, but still...)

But I have seen him in The Bad Mother's Handbook, which has got him branching out a bit into the ridiculously eccentric - which is something he genuinely pulls off very well. I heard that he's ok in Remember Me - have you seen that? I kept from seeing that movie because of the Twi-hards

I think critics get hung up on his looks and do not look at the depth of his performances! He was a little stiff in some scenes in Twilight, but this was the first time he had to carry a major motion picture. Some scenes he was VERY good in and totally embodied the character. His career is still young, but I think he has the conviction, work ethic and commitment to really have a great career. That is, if his adoring fans don't drive him to leave acting!! LOVE YOU ROB!!
