Ono said, he wants to leave Namco "struggling to catch up" you can't do this by just eliminating the characters that would be to hard to integrate...

@dre2you If that's the case then I really hope they get him right. It would be a shame to include Eddy just for the sake of boosting the roster only to have him play like something he isn't. Still, I think Ono and Harada know what they're doing and the fan-bases of both franchises will be keeping a close eye on what they do.
