Remind them that even parents can be bullies, too. And they're the worst kind if you can't trust your parents, there is an adult out there you can trust to protect you.. I'm not gay, but I have lots of friends who are who have been through the struggle it takes to be who you are and I have so much respect for the strength it takes to do that.
