mmmm yummmy....there is just something special about crepes made at stands...I've tried to make them at home, and yes they were fine, but the paper thinness they get with that griddle thing and tool make them amazinggggg.

31のクレープはパリっとしてる。フランス人職人のお店だと絹のように柔らかいクレープもある。どっちも好みがあると思うけど。私は31が好き。
