Dude u can kill arbitor in single player take of his shields and shoot him in the eye with a battle rifle or carbine (not easter egg). Just go back up stream a bit near the buildings and there are no invisible walls you just can't see the diff when you don't jump out of water. it's quite useful. The enemies cant see you in water (unless you jump of course) and you can snipe them all.
