@takarashi2 CE can refer to Halo: Custom Edition, which is a modification for the PC version of Halo: Combat Evolved (Which is the other thing that CE can refer to) that essentially makes everything (And I mean EVERYTHING) editable (Or at least easier to edit). Hop this helps B)

These are simply halo 2 maps like coagulation that were modded extremely. Although it is almost impossible to see these vehicle mods in halo 2 vista, It makes me wonder how he got these...

holy hot dicks from hell, I just assumed it was the Yelo trainer option that allows for first person in vehicles, it was a guess, and at least an educated one because I *still* have halo 2 and the yelo trainer on my old xbox, just havn't played it in so long. To be of first person inside a vehicle was a option in emulation, however the modification you see in 1:25 of the video, was not done by emulation... if you ever played the mod yourself like many of us have, you would see that as soon as you enter the hog it just forces first person upon you.
