There is discrimination in this country today. But then in the 1940's through the 1970's we were considered second class citizens the mexicans, the chicanos. Now does not compare to that generation of mexicanos we only worked in the fields and restaurants. Today the doors have opened a lot through the years. I agree with you on this topic, this is not an immigrant issue this is an AMERICAN broken system because both citizens and indocumented immigrants are being affected. Necesitamos arreglar este sistema ya que muchos americanos no se dan cuenta que si hay papeles todos pagarian taxes, si todos tienen seguro medico no tendrian que recurrir a los hospitales que los pagan los mismos ciudadanos (que pendejos) para los estudinantes que necesitan financial aid para la universidad tendrian acceso a ello.
