Explanation - he thinks by running it on Windows 7 (when running dxdiag shows DirectX 11 installed) all his games run in DirectX 11. It doesn't matter if his GTX 295 can support DX11 or not. EVEN IF YOUR GPU SUPPORTS DX11, GAMES WILL RUN AT DIRECTX THEY WERE MADE TO RUN ON. ArmA II is a DirectX 9.0c game, but even though that, it's one of the most photorelaistic games out there. It also requires a beast PC because of the visibility that goes on for kilometers.
