it's slightly misleading that you say 16.8V your esc can handle 16.8 but that is with 7-cells you are running 6-cells which is 14.4
I don't think you're going off the jumps at full throttle, I feel like it would go faster than that. Anyway, when you go off a jump don't hit the brakes, it makes the front go down, and unless you're trying to do a front flip than you crash as you saw.

full throttle all the way, was trying to do flips but it is too heavy to rotate in a short ammount of time
