@DiggityHSauce It's a matter of perspective. I think rock n roll guitar soloing is masturbation. Serial music is no more regimented than rock n roll, which has tons of socially accepted pre-conceptions shaping it.

Schoenberg would be proud. Maybe not impressed, lol, but so fucking proud you would make him cry. I would if I was in his place. He founded that private society so no pointy eared people would come bashing about how that wasnt music. Then he got exiled. Now we can come on youtube and see Gomes make it sound all so marvelous. We're growing one genre at a time, still unpopular, but growing. Serialism prospers.
