Avoid using printed paper when you are working with food. Dyes and toners can contain lead and many other very toxic substances and they leach very easily, even when printed side doesn't touch the food directly.

Thank you for the video! I have been reluctant to try to make bread mostly because I didn't know why certain things needed to be done. The big text book explanations I have found elsewhere were not very helpful but your videos have given me the courage to give it a shot. Thanks!
