wet or dry? This other guys in another video said to put only in dry not wet? What are these people trying to say? Do they even know what they are talking about?

@dkongrules123 One reason that it is recommended to do things like this in dry hair: Leaving wet hair tightened up (like braids, curlers, ponytails after a shower etc) can provoke fungus on your scalp. I've only seen it in very extreme cases, so I'm not afraid to do it, since I normally never put my hair up when it is wet! If it has a major effect on the end result, I don't know.
