@dingodingding its a classic camera angle that was popularised by the cow boy movies of the early sixtes... This is the exact definition of the common phrase "Close-Up" - the top of the head is cut of while the chin and neck are still visable. Camera shake is equally common in hollywood, and is evan added to CGI movies to give a sense of ducumentory realism rather than a static produced shot, watch black hawk down as an example, common technique
