Let's not miss the message. There is too much consentration of beef procesing. There's basicly just one company that process beef in canada. We don't have the ability to slaughter the amount of beef we raise domestically. This was done on purpose by the liberal government in 1990's. Thanks a lot!

bovine spongiform encephalopathy (BSE) or commonly known as Mad Cow Disease or in this case Mad Jack Disease, mixing it up with SARS. Poor Jack, he is just a good ole Canadian politician from the big city of Toronto preaching in front of a group of rural farmers. My sympathy with his freudian slip, but enjoyed.
