shes a maiko. senoir maiko have white collar in the front while in the back it's red. plus how can you mistake the maiko hair for geiko katsura or the dangling daria obi of a maiko for the simple tied box knot of geiko? maiko wear okobo and geiko wear zori,but some times maiko wear zori too.

No, she's not a senior maiko. All maiko wear Darari obi, and senior maiko wear a WHITE collar, not red.  Not to mention the dangly kanzashi is a dead give away to a 1st year Maiko or a Maiko just going into her 2nd year.

I also know who the Maiko is. This is Maiko Kosen, she is not even Senior maiko now, she will be next year.
