Its procharged not super charged. it uses the wheel of a turbo thats spun by the belt to force air into the motor

@dieselguy5145 um procharger is just a brand of supercharger....... like paxton or vortech, there r two types of superchargers though, roots style which is the type that sit on top of the motor like the 04 mustang cobra or a 6-71 bds on a small block chevy, then you have the style as seen in this video which is still belt driven like you said and it does use a turbine wheel very close to what turbos use
