iberia shouldn't be in any alliance. i flew from london to madrid on the airline. they lost my luggage. gave me some clothes vouchers, so i bought some clothes. went back to the airport coming back home and asked if they'd found my luggage. i found out that they had had it for the whole time i was in madrid!
