Well, this is fast! But compared to jet? This plane is small, and that makes it looks it go faster... I bult an EDF "lokalike alphajet" that went at +200kmh (got in on movie!) -then the wing cracked, and it went a 300m before it was planted to the ground! Totally destroyed. @ellerymont It runs on FAI fuel which has no nitromethane, only castor oil and methanol. The engines are tuned to run on this fuel and if you wanted to run nitromethane you'd have to reduce the compression ratio and possibly change the tuning of the pipe.

Longer run-ups and a camera directly in the flight path would likely result in higher speed measurements.

I have a Rifle by electrifly with a MEGA motor and it clocks 270 km/h jejeje and its a very cheap plane, just have good high torque servos cause you need them!
