I know what you mean. It's not allowing us to communicate directly with people and it's too easy to just sit at the internet and not do anything. On the other hand some of the programs like I-Movie 9 allows me to do stuff that just wasn't available before. I guess it's as limiting as you want it to be, use it to your advantage.
