Thanks for the tip! I was having trouble passing today, that left hand hooking grabbing the leg before you pass is exactly what a was missing.

this is good but you're only able to pass because he's doing the technique wrongly. His left leg should be on the hip until the second he executes the sweep

If they keep the foot in the hip, you kill the leg...driving it to the mat, then execute the technique. I agree totally they need to keep the foot in the hip until sweeping.
