If you have an older version then the upgrade is free just take it to the store. If you go to buy it now they just give you the latest version.

the upgrade takes about 45 minutes and it is only at verizon stores like an authorized verizon store, not a carrier or reseller

the upgrade is free regardless of insurance and you can txt on the touchscreen in "regular mode" like you would on a flip phone but u can only type on landscape mode if you open the keyboard

it is plastic and heat sensitive/ static electric. the warmer ur hand the better the touch screen. and it can hold up to 100 texts in your inbox and sent box and it automatically deletes the oldest ones
